About the Event
Ryan Taylor is a fourth-generation North Dakotan rancher, author, and former state senator whose life’s work bridges agriculture, conservation, and civic leadership. Now serving as Director of Public Policy for Ducks Unlimited in the prairie states, Taylor draws on decades of experience in rural development and sustainable land use. Grounded in “cowboy logic” and a deep respect for the land, he embodies the integrity and authenticity that sustain trust within communities. His message—rooted in stewardship and shared purpose—aligns with the Lorentzsen Center’s mission to build a more trustworthy world. A free lunch will be provided with this event.
